I bought WAY too many crimini mushrooms when I went to market. Is there anything I can do to store them and use them later?

My friend & I were in Ireland this last June and had a delicious organic chicken & mushroom pasties (savory pastry pie) bought from the Saturday farmer's market in Cork. It was so scrumptious I had to try and tackle it for my own. I used Tea & Wheaten Bread recipe as an anchor, but developed it as I went along and it turned out DELICIOUS!
